Student Defense Submits Comment on Repeal of DeVos Preemption Notice

On August 12, 2021, the Department of Education issued a Notice in the Federal Register rescinding the March 2018 Notice of Interpretation regarding preemption. The Department also called for public comments on the scope of federal preemption.
